Responsibilities:

  • Build long-term and trust partnership with a portfolio of major corporate clients – mix of global and local
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing new products (OBT, mobile application, reporting and integration solutions)
  • Identify and play an integral part in generating new sales opportunities with existing clients (company’s consolidation, merger, new market capture)
  • Implementation of new products and volumes with existing clients
  • To be a key day-to-day contact and strategic advisor for customers
  • Ensure the services are delivered to customers according to KPI & Procedure
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Be interested in deep analytics to provide clients wide-range of reporting and business overviews/saving or optimization program on regularly basis
  • Obtain feedback on the level of satisfaction and note areas of performance improvement (deal with complaints, conduct regular customer survey)
  • Drive negotiations with various suppliers (air companies, hotels, transfer companies) regarding corporate agreements
  • Arrange «client entertainment» (out of the office communication - incentive trips, business meals)

Experience

  • More than 3 years of proven experience as key account/sale/project/implementation manager
  • Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs and managing the project efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
  • Analytical and logical ability
  • Multitasking and ability to work under pressure
  • Confident Ms/Mr Office skills
  • Effective time management
