PM, Homologation, Vehicle Strategy Pricing & Market Research Department

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the dialogue and co-operation among all stakeholders (internal and external) who contribute with research results, metrics and data:
    • Business (internal stakeholders)
    • Research agencies
  • Drive strategic analysis of the research findings and KPIs by leveraging customers insights
  • Support Quantitative/Qualitative projects to monitor brand performance indicators and attitudinal measures on regular basis for the purpose of identifying of arising bottlenecks and opportunities for both brands (Toyota and Lexus)
  • Cooperate with research agencies on all stages of the projects:
    • Methodology development/planning
    • FW
    • Controlling
    • Reporting:
      • check and control all related materials to ensure the highest quality of services they provide according to the set standards
  • Support Business by educating them on Quantitative/Qualitative projects methodology and software, sharing expertise and providing consumer observations and business conclusions
  • Update internal reports templates
  • Proceed Ad-hoc data analyses related to Business projects for internal clients by request
  • Proactively analyze general market and consumer trends using all possible data sources (open sources and internal data) to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to fine-tune the strategy for accelerating future brands’ growth


  • Completed higher education (sociology, mathematics/ statistics)
  • Overall: 3-5 years’ experience in research agency/ Client’s side in a position of senior analyst/project manager (Ideal case – experience in Research agency and Client side)
  • Automotive market experience – appreciable but not a must
  • Experience in quantitative & qualitative surveys: methodology development: method, quotas, questionnaires design, results processing
  • Good knowledge & experience in statistics analysis
  • Experience with MS Excel, PPT is a must
  • English – intermediate
  • Accuracy with figures is a must, attentive to details
  • Be ready to a lot of routine figures/paper work (checking figures; communicating with subcontractors; etc.)
  • Ready to be quick and flexible to meet business needs in time; positive mentality
